About
The ITOM Agent Client Collector Log Analytics (ACC-L) solution seamlessly integrates Health Log Analytics (HLA) with Agent Client Collector (ACC) and accelerates time to value for ITOM Health customers. When installed together with Agent Client Collector Monitoring (ACC-M), it acts as the Unified AIOps Agent: a single agent that collects metrics, events, and logs.
Together with other ITOM Health capabilities (HLA, Metric Intelligence, and Alert Correlation), ACC-L provides a holistic solution that correlates alerts from multiple data sources, acting as a single pane of glass for ITOM Health Operators and SREs. This introduces HLA and ACC as a single experience for the user. With one-click deployment when an agent is deployed on the target machine, ACC immediately starts to collect metrics, events, and logs with zero user intervention.
Key Features
The Agent Client Collector Log Analytics (ACC-L) application provides centralized agent management. This enables HLA users to collect infrastructure or application logs and stream them to a ServiceNow instance via the MID Server, for further processing by the HLA AI engine.
ACC-L does the following:
- Creates ACC data inputs to stream logs from your agents to your MID Servers
- Uses out-of-the-box policies that work immediately when you install an agent for log collection
- Provides a unified agent experience for managing log, event, and metric policies
- Seamlessly integrates with other HLA capabilities
