The Rite Maintenance app tracks maintenance requests, maintenance tasks, depot locations, and the parts sent through the maintenance process. Users can configure flows that will generate specific maintenance tasks depending on the type of maintenance process chosen. As tasks are completed, new tasks are opened. This enables task workers to begin their work as soon as previous tasks are complete. The maintenance information is all stored in one location, helping prevent data loss and improving communication.
