The Workday HR Spoke is built by Bristlecone, Inc.

The Workday HR Spoke provides a list of spoke actions that wrap around the primary SOAP APIs and some REST APIs provided by Workday. In addition, this spoke provides one sample flow, one web-hook inbound Ffow, and several remote tables that demonstrate how to perform:

1) Bi-directional sync employee lifecycle between ServiceNow to Workday.

2) View Workday's employee info, time-off request, time-off balance, and so on; On-Demand in ServiceNow without storing any data in ServiceNow.

Workday is the definitive source of truth for core HR information. ServiceNow, as the System of Engagement and Action, needs the latest and greatest foundational HR data to perform subsequent actions, such as creating and updating employee info or HR requests between ServiceNow and Workday in real-time. Once ServiceNow has the foundational HR data in place, customers can leverage the ServiceNow platform and its Spokes to create more complex workflows beyond imagination.

Starting in v3.0, Workday HR Spoke will support both personal authentication (individual user) and service account authentication (system user) to satisfy different authentication requirements from different customers. Please grant the appropriate user level access within Workday itself by configuring business process security, domain security, and any other securities that are necessary following the least security privilege principle. ServiceNow's Workday HR Spoke only reflects what that user can access in Workday. If that user can access more than it should, so will the interaction with ServiceNow.
