**Precisely Ironstream extends ServiceNow's capabilities to include mission-critical IBM i environments** to deliver business service health and detect, diagnose, and remediate issues with AIOps. Adding the Ironstream Event Management agent to ServiceNow Event Management enables organizations to receive IBM i events, apply ServiceNow event rules and create alerts. Bi-directional communication between ServiceNow and Precisely Ironstream provides customers the ability to configure ServiceNow workflows to get additional information in response to events or perform automated remediation functions.
