Precisely Ironstream extends ServiceNow's capabilities to include mission-critical IBM Z (mainframe) environments to deliver business service health and detect, diagnose, and remediate issues with AIOps. Adding the Ironstream Event Management agent to ServiceNow Event Management enables organizations to receive mainframe events, apply ServiceNow event rules and create alerts. Bi-directional communication between ServiceNow and Precisely Ironstream provides customers the ability to configure ServiceNow workflows to get additional information in response to events or perform automated remediation functions.
Precisely Ironstream is a paid application and requires the Ironstream for ServiceNow Event Management for IBM Z client and agent to enable the app to receive mainframe events.
