About
KeyUser Pro - SPM Integration is an enhancement of our product KeyUser Pro. It is intended for customers who want to integrate SAP Service Management with ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management. This enhancement allows creating Demands directly from SAP KeyUser Pro. A pre-qualification of the SAP project request will be done upfront before adding SAP Project Requests to the Project Portfolio, managed by the ServiceNow Portfolio plugin.
