The Metricus Process Optimizer enables the visualization of tasks processes, monitoring of process compliance, the simulation and optimization of process costs and tracking of the benefits of process automation.

There are 2 components to the app. The Process Model component enables the generation of event logs based on any activity that occurs during the lifecycle of a task, from state changes, assignments, SLA activity, approvals, customer feedback and more.

The Process Explorer then enables dynamic visualization of a Process Model through a highly interactive, engaging and intuitive interface. Selection mechanisms, slicers, filters, rules and analytics all work together to paint a picture of your processes, allowing you to pinpoint process issues, opportunities for improvement and potential cost savings

**Process Optimizer**

* Definition of multiple types of activities across all ServiceNow task tables e.g., capture assignment group changes for incidents, SLA breaches for service requests, journal entries, change request state changes, specific events e.g., a change of priority from medium to high for an incident, any task timestamp event, etc
* Incremental and full processing options, as well as scheduled generation of the event log
* Generation of all activities, steps and variants associated with the event log and display of statistics
