**Summary:**
Our Application helps to integrate Documentum and ServiceNow. It consists of a set of spokes action, UI Macros, Now Components and Portal Widgets. The spokes give the user’s ability to interact with D2 through flow designer using pre built actions and the UI Macros and Portal Widgets helps to integrate Documentum widgets into different platforms of ServiceNow.
**Key Features**
**Documentum Folder Browser Widget**
This Widget allows users to embed a folder or repository stored on Documentum Server in their ServiceNow Interface. Users can navigate through the folder hierarchy and perform file operations like rename, delete, upload, upload versions and also access metadata related to it. It is available in the Portal, UI16, and Next Experience UI of ServiceNow.
**D2 Search Widget**
This Widget allows developers to embed search results based on a search query stored on Documentum Server in their ServiceNow Interface. It is available in the Portal, UI16, and Next Experience UI of ServiceNow.
**Documentum Advanced Agent Assist**
This widget allows users to search for a document store in Content Server from the Next Experience UI of ServiceNow and allows users to access the document and attach a link of the document to the record.
**Spoke Actions**
It provides flow actions for integrating with OpenText. All the categories of spoke actions are mentioned below:
