Using the bi-directional integration with ServiceNow enables customers to fully leverage best-of-breed solutions for IT Service Management (ITSM) and Application Portfolio Management (APM). It helps create visibility of operational risks on the application level to align IT Operations and strategy teams. Planning aspects of Service Strategy and Service Design are conducted in LeanIX, whereas Service Operations actions are performed in ServiceNow.
