The Maintenance Mode Add-on for the Cookdown SCOM Connector allows SCOM maintenance mode to be scheduled from ServiceNow and tied into your Change Request process, removing the need to schedule maintenance mode in SCOM once Change Requests are approved. SCOM Maintenance mode is used to suppress alerts being raised while the object in maintenance mode is undergoing change.
