About
The Password Reset with Google Directory application expands ServiceNow's Password Reset framework to natively support Google Directory. Customers no longer need to rely on the extensibility of Password Reset and manually build Google Directory into their processes. Administrators can now quickly and easily create new processes for Google Directory to enable users and service agents to unlock users and reset passwords, right from ServiceNow.
This application leverages all existing Password Reset capabilities including supporting multiple verification methods, enabling password policies and password strength requirements, and enabling administrators to control feature availability.
