Google Directory is an active directory for users and groups in a company. When a user in a company is newly hired, transferred, promoted, demoted, or terminated, his/her user and group access should be reflected accordingly. ServiceNow, as the System of Engagement, can facilitate these user provisioning workflows easily. All these employee lifecycle events can be first entered in ServiceNow as service requests. ServiceNow can then seamlessly facilitate these requests and update Google Directory accordingly by using Google Directory Spoke. No more swivel chair data entry to keep both ServiceNow and Google Directory in sync. ServiceNow Flow Designer and Google Directory Spoke will automate all these user provisioning flows for you.
