The SalesWon Contract Management application is an extension of the SalesWon Customer Relationship Management suite. By utilizing Contract Management, SalesWon customers will have the ability to manage multiple Orders within a single Contract record. This process will eliminate the need to send multiple order proposals to your customers for signature capture which will streamline and shorten the time to execute orders. When Contracts are nearing expiration, quickly renew a Contract along with associated Orders with a click of a button.

SalesWon Contract Management will provide the ability to perform the following activities within the SalesWon application suite:

- Associate multiple SalesWon Orders to a single Contract.
- Generate a Contract proposal (pdf) from a Contract record
- Gather management approvals for a Contract
- Gather customer approvals for a Contract
- Set Active & Expiration dates for a Contract
- Renew Contracts
