Includes the ability for a team member to self-assess their skill set and propose changes to their manager. Manager can then approve or reject skill proposals.
Key Features
- Team members can propose a skill to be added to their skill profile and provide information to support their upskilling
- Managers can approve or reject the skill proposal and can provide comments inline to the team member
- Managers can manage ad-hoc skill reviews where they can initiate that each team member review their skill profile and manage skill levels
