About
With the Optimiz AIOps Workspace, we aim to streamline the processes of your AIOps team members and L2/L3 SME's. They will be able to effectively manage alerts, setup push/pull event connectors, and perform event management administration all within our workspace. The customized list component from the Optimiz UI Library enables busy engineers to quickly find issues and take action with minimal clicks.
Key Features
\- Adds a new workspace to streamline day-to-day operations of your AIOps team members
\- Alert and Administration pages contain a customized list view, but with a similar feel to traditional workspaces containing a list in the center, a menu on the left which controls the table and pre-defined filters to apply to the list, and a preview which pops up on the right when clicking on a record
\- The custom list has several enhancements allowing it to query correlated data beyond the base records. For the Alerts table this extra data includes number of secondary alerts, application services affected, impact of those application services, and probable root cause. If tag-based clustering is enabled, then we will also correlate several peices of tag related information
\- Multi-column sorting by clicking on the column header
\- Re-order columns by clicking and dragging the column header to the place of your choice
\- Filter the list using the standard filter format of column, operator, value
\- Filters and sorting are dynamically added to the URL of the workspace, so you can share the URL with others
\- Custom Actions such as Acknowledge, Close, etc. are available on the top right of the list and actions can target one or many records by checking the box in each records "Select" column
\- Customized right click menu which includes the previously mentioned actions, targeting the record which was right clicked. It also includes the traditional "Show Matching" & "Filter Out" functionality everyone is familiar with. Lastly we've added the ability to fire alert management rules.
\- Clicking on an alert record in the list will open up a preview window on the right. Here you can see more data for the record you clicked, and of its secondary alerts, work notes, additional information and probable root cause. If an alert is from the ITOM Agent, then there is also a small metric viewer for key metrics. Lastly if the alert is coming from Datadog, and contains a "snapshot" in its additional\_info, then we will display that snapshot in the preview.
\- Our administration page is full of tables related to administration of alerts and events for easy access all on one screen. Quickly read different records from these tables or create new records using the Custom Action to the top right of the list.
\- The integrations page offers visual tiles to see what push and pull connectors are available in your instance along with categorizing them into active & inactive. There is also a search bar for easy of use.
\- Our 360° Insights page is a navigation page to get to the included dashboards. Currently there are only 2 dashboards included: majorincident and AIOps Stats.
