About
The Ecommerce Spoke enables Computacenter customers to securely transmit ecommerce orders from ServiceNow to Computacenter’s back-end systems to allow fulfilment of those orders to take place in a seamless, end to end manner.
It provides reusable flow designer actions that can be triggered by the customer’s ServiceNow instance. This is typically initiated from a Request Fulfillment process but it could be triggered from any other record type.
Each ecommerce order will comprise details relating to the specific line items, shipping details, requestor contact details and more.
Successful transmission of the ecommerce order is monitored and tracked, with any errors returned to the user for correction.
