About

Now you can connect to your Active Directory and manage it directly through your ServiceNow instance. You will be able to integrate to any resource in it automatically from ServiceNow.

With the use of Azure automation, you will experience an easy-to-use application that simplifies the maintenance of your Active Directory. Everything can be handled easily with no-code using Workspace and Flow-Designer in ServiceNow. Moreover, you have access to all the information of your Active Directory from only one window in your ServiceNow instance and Rights Management App Workspace.

With the Rights Management App you can have everything you need to have your Active Directory running and being functional in ServiceNow. It enables full integration of your Active Directory.

Key Features

The Rights Management App enables full connection to your Azure Active Directory and Active Directory from your ServiceNow instance. It gives you the opportunity to handle a series of operations from within ServiceNow and the use of Flow Designer. A list of all the possible automated actions is shown below:

- Identity creation: create Identities to collect all the accounts a user has in AD, Azure AD and ServiceNow
- Compliance reports: create compliance reports for the identities with which you can investigate the access given to each account and easily remove incompliant memberships or add missing memberships by just a click of a button.
- Password Reset
- Onboarding/ Offboarding
- Time-limited membership
- Membership monitoring: This shows the changes that occurred in each group. (User added/removed from group).
- Support roles: This process manages user group memberships. When a user gains or loses a role, they're added or removed from associated groups accordingly. Adding a group to a role includes the group for users with that role, and removing a group from a role removes it, unless another role includes the group.
- Dynamic Roles

More actions are possible through Flow Designer, with the use of predesigned flows without the need to write code:

Groups:

- Create group
- Remove group

Membership:

- Add group member
- Empty group
- Remove group member

User:

- Assign role to group
- Create user
- Disable user
- Enable user
- Generate password
- Generate username
- Set password
- Unlock user
