The ServiceNow® Workplace Reservations for Microsoft Outlook Add-in provides the capabilities of Workplace Reservation Management within the Microsoft Outlook application. While creating a new event, updating an existing event, or an appointment, an employee can find available spaces easily. Employees can add requests or services such as room configurations or catering without using a separate application.
All reservations and requested services managed within the Workplace Reservation Management application are included with the Workplace Service Delivery solution.

Key Features
- Find available spaces by applying various search criteria and filters.
- Add spaces directly to an event or allow the add-in to add the spaces.
- Request extra services along with your reservation. This is based on the available extra services menu card defined by workplace teams for each location or space (catering, room configurations, and so on.).
- Update existing reservations, add or change services, and select a different location.
- Provide location privacy preferences to employees while reserving a space.
