**Kyndryl Integration – Outbound** is an application to support any outbound integration between ServiceNow and an external tool. This application includes common functions that facilitate create, update, outbound queue management, retries and error notification. This application uses industry best practice Web Services to handle many external tool integrations.

- Based on **Publisher/Consumer concept** , send outbound payloads as per external tools' API specifications (publisher).
- Intelligently determine whether to send create or update transactions and hold all update transactions until create completes.
